Live Cell Imaging Videos
Live cell videos, imaged without labels, directly in an incubator by the HoloMonitor live cell imager. The colors are computer-generated and added after the imaging in the software. Different colors indicate the optical thickness of the cells. The technology (digital holography) has many benefits for applying it for label-free imaging cytometry.
