Cell biological study of in vitro antitumor and antimetastatic activity on melanoma cells of GnRH-III-containing conjugates modified with short-chain fatty acids

Summary: The article studies various peptide hormone-based derivates, in this case GnRH-R, for tumor therapy. HoloMonitor M4 was used to evaluate the effects of the derivatives on melanoma cell morphology, including cell area, thickness, eccentricity, hull convexity, and irregularity. Additionally, authors employed HoloMonitor to study cell motility, migration, and speed in order to evaluate peptide derivative ability to immobilize cells and prevent spreading and possible metastasis development.
