Lab of Nobel Price winner purchases HoloMonitor

The Department of Optical Nanoscopy (Prof. Stefan W. Hell) at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) in Heidelberg recently ordered a motorized HoloMonitor M4. Professor Hell was awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2014 for his pioneering work in the field of super-resolution fluorescence microscopy.

Researchers at Chinese Academy of Sciences have used HoloMonitor®technology from PHI to investigate cell behavior when Earth’s magnetic field is eliminated. The findings were recently published in Scientific Reports – an online journal published by Nature Publishing Group.
